Wiltshire Council seeks public feedback on Adult Social Care services
Survey launched to capture views on service values and support
Wiltshire Council is inviting residents to share their views on how Adult Social Care services can better work with and support people across the county.
Adult Social Care provides assistance to adults who may require extra help due to age, disability, illness, mental health needs, caring responsibilities, or other circumstances.
A short survey, now launched by the council, aims to collect feedback from service users, unpaid carers, family members, and anyone interested in Adult Social Care.
The survey is focused on understanding experiences and opinions about the values and behaviours that should guide service provision, helping ensure services continue to align with the priorities of local people.
Feedback will play an integral role in shaping how Adult Social Care remains focused on the unique needs, priorities, and experiences of Wiltshire residents.
Cllr Clare Cape, Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care, highlighted the importance of the initiative, stating that collaboration with people is as crucial as the support provided.
"I would encourage anyone with an interest in Adult Social Care to take a few minutes to complete the survey and share their views," Cape said.
The survey closes on 17th August 2026, offering an opportunity for public involvement in the future of Adult Social Care in Wiltshire.
