Two men have appeared in court charged with attempted murder after a shooting in Swindon.
Police were called to St Paul's Street, Gorse Hill, around 9pm on Friday (19/06) where a man had sustained a suspected gunshot would.
The man in his 30s was taken to hospital with sustained serious injuries, where he remains in a stable but serious condition.
Dylan Anthony, 19, and Kyron Anthony, 20, both of Milton Road, Swindon, appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court this morning (24/06) charged with attempted murder and possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
They have both been remanded in custody and are next due to appear at Swindon Crown Court on July 24.
Six others have been arrested and released on bail pending further enquiries.
