Three men have appeared in court charged in connection with a shooting in the Gorse Hill area of Swindon.
A man in his 30s was left with life-changing injuries after the incident on 19 June.
Kyron Anthony, 20, of Milton Road, Swindon, appeared at Swindon Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to a charge of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
He is due to stand trial on 2 November at Swindon Crown Court.
Dylan Anthony, 19, also of Milton Road, appeared charged with attempted murder. He is due to return to court on 28 August for a Pre-Trial Preparation Hearing.

Peter Bullock, 51, of Queens Drive, appeared charged with assisting an offender.
He is seeking to have the charge dismissed and will attend a potential dismissal hearing on 24 September.
Eight people were initially arrested following the incident.
Two have since been released with no further action taken.
Wiltshire Police say three others remain under investigation and have been released on bail with enquiries into the shooting ongoing.
