Swindon Borough Council is inviting tenants to attend a series of in-person engagement events this June to connect with Housing Officers and the Housing team.

These sessions offer a platform for tenants to learn about ongoing improvements in housing and services, guided by six key commitments developed with tenant input.

The council's commitments focus on providing safe, fit-for-purpose, and well-maintained homes, alongside services supportive, designed with community involvement, and responsive to feedback.

At the events, attendees can receive assistance, hear updates on progress, ask questions, share perspectives, and influence future improvements.

Events will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm across various locations in Swindon on:

Tuesday, 9th June at Eldene Community Centre, SN3 3RZ

Thursday, 11th June at John Moulton Hall, Penhill, SN2 5DU

Tuesday, 16th June at Park Library, Cavendish Square Community Centre, SN3 2LZ

Thursday, 18th June at Pinetrees Community Centre, The Circle, SN2 1RF

Thursday, 25th June at Buckhurst Community Centre, Walcot, SN3 3BS

Tuesday, 30th June at Highworth Library, SN6 7AJ

Registration is not required for attendance, although interested tenants can confirm participation through the event links for respective dates.

These events serve as a valuable opportunity for tenants to engage meaningfully with Swindon Borough Council, fostering collaboration and enhancing community services.
