Police are investigating after a group of males threatened a 16-year-old boy and robbed him of his electric bike in Walcot.

Between approximately 6pm and 7pm on November 22, a 16-year-old boy was approached by a group of five or six males in Buckhurst Recreational Ground in Walcot who told him to hand over his electric bike and threatened him with violence.

Police say it is believed the group were carrying weapons.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "The victim handed over his bike and ran off. The group of males are believed to have run off in the direction of Bisley Close.

"The suspects are all described as being males, around 17 or 18 years old, wearing tracksuits and balaclavas."

Officers are asking any witnesses or anyone who may have captured relevant footage of the suspects to contact them.
