Man charged with arson after fire in Oakhurst
Wiltshire Police said a man has been charged with arson after a fire in Oakhurst on Saturday
A man has been charged and remanded in custody following a fire in Stardust Crescent, Oakhurst over the weekend.
Wiltshire Police confirmed that Tony Ball, 36, of Shakespeare Road, Royal Wootton Bassett, appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court charged with arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered.
Emergency services attended the fire around 10.20pm on Saturday (September 13) with one person being taken to hospital as a precaution.
Wiltshire Police said Ball has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Swindon Crown Court on October 17.
