Man due in court over collision in Swindon where man died

A 37-year-old man has been charged following a fatal collision in Swindon.

Nuno Spinola, from Upham Road, Swindon, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving back in June 2024.

He is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday 2nd July).

Details of the Collision

The charge relate to a collision involving a Volkswagen Golf, driven by Spinola, and a pedestrian on Upham Road.

The pedestrian, 59-year-old Jonathan Neilan, died in the incident on 17th June 2024.
