A man has appeared in court charged with a high value burglary in Swindon.

Dominic Pietka, 25, of Edington Close, Swindon, was arrested on January 6.

He was charged with burglary in relation to an incident in Tadpole Garden Village on December 17 where three high value bikes were stolen from an address, driving whilst disqualified, driving with no insurance, possession of a class B drug and drug driving.

Pietka appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court today (January 8).

No plea was entered and he has been released on bail until his next appearance at Swindon Crown Court on February 6.
