M4 reopens after crash involving lorry and cars near Swindon

The motorway was closed overnight but has now reopened

The M4 has reopened this morning after being partially closed following a collision involving a heavy goods vehicle and a number of cars near Swindon.

Swindon Police confirmed the section of the motorway between Junction 15 and Membury Services reopened at 9am today (29th November).

There were no reported serious injuries from the collision, which caused delays for motorists.

Swindon Police have thanked the public for their patience as the motorway was cleared.
