Swindon Town's Billy Kirkman has signed a new contract until the end of the 2026/27 season.

The club say his versatility means he is highly regarded by the club’s coaching staff.

Manager Ian Holloway said: “Billy is a young lad who’s still learning his trade, but we see real potential in him. He’s versatile, he works hard every day, and he wants to improve, and that’s all you can ask for.

“He hasn’t had loads of game time yet, but that’s part of development. What matters is how he trains, how he listens, and how he keeps pushing himself, and he’s doing all of that really well. I’m pleased he’s staying with us because we believe there’s more to come from him.”
