Four arrested after 'incident' in Swindon

Four people have been arrested in connection with an incident in Swindon.

Officers say it happened on Pearson Road in Tadpole Garden Village on the 4th of April.

The group - aged 19, 21, 25 and 51 - have been taken into police custody on suspicion of affray.

In a statement, Swindon Police said: "Four people have been arrested in connection with an incident that occurred in Pearson Road, Tadpole Garden Village, on April 4.

"A 51-year-old woman, a 25-year-old man, a 21-year-old man and a 19-year-old man have all been arrested on suspicion of affray.

"We are aware of several videos related to the incident which have been circulated on social media.

"We request these videos are not shared further as they could prejudice a defendant's right to a fair trial."
