Consultations on the displacement of supporters of Swindon Town FC have been postponed.

It comes as the club awaits the vote of the Trust on their plans to redevelop the Nigel Eady County Ground.

The original idea was that supporters would start to be consulted from next week (June 3) so appointments could be booked, so these season ticket holders who are being impacted can consider alternative seats for the 2026/27 campaign.

We're told members will now be given an update 'in due course'.

Bosses in an update said yesterday: "Swindon Town Football Club would like to update supporters on the proposed plan for supporters displacement consultations, scheduled from Tuesday 3 June which will now be postponed.

"Week commencing 7 April, Swindon Town season ticket holders located in the Don Rogers stand were sent a letter as part of the next stage of our plans for the redevelopment at the Nigel Eady County Ground.

"Plans of the redevelopment were made available on our website to each and every supporter, on Monday 14 April, which can be viewed here.

"In the letter, supporters were advised that from Tuesday 3 June, Swindon Town would be holding supporters displacement consultations at the Nigel Eady County Ground, which would give season ticket holders at opportunity to book appointments to consider alternative seats for the 2026/27 campaign.

"However, these consultations have been postponed while the club awaits the vote of the Trust, which TrustSTFC will communicate with their members in due course.

"An update posted by TrustSTFC on 17 May 2025 advised supporters that the Club had formally requested consent to redevelop the Don Rogers Stand. In which the Trust confirmed that a vote of eligible Trust members will take place in order to provide shareholder consent to the plans.

"If you have any questions with regards to the Don Rogers redevelopment and the vote, please contact [email protected]."
