Four people have been injured after a car mounted the pavement and hit pedestrians on Greene Street in Swindon.

The incident took place around 3.20pm near Tadpole Farm Primary Academy on Tuesday afternoon (30th June).

A woman in her 30s was taken to hospital with serious injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

Three other pedestrians sustained minor injuries and received treatment at the scene, allowing them to be discharged on the roadside.

The driver, also a woman in her 30s, was also taken to hospital.

Wiltshire Police have confirmed no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
