A man has been charged with stealing clothes and accessories totalling nearly £12,000 from a home in Swindon.

Officers were alerted to an incident taking place in Exeter Street in Swindon on January 16th this year.

When responders arrived, they found that a property on the street had been broken into - with a large number of clothes and other accessories missing.

Wiltshire Police launched an investigation into the incident and on Wednesday (June 4th), police formally arrested a suspect in connection with the case.

Police have now charged and named the suspect as Quang Tung Dang, a 26-year-old man from Ellenborough Road is Bexley.

Investigators charged Quang with the burglary of a house and possession of criminal property.

He was remanded into police custody and will appear before Swindon Magistrates' Court on Thursday (June 5th).
