CCTV appeal launched as police investigate Swindon disorder
Officers investigating a disorder in Swindon are renewing an appeal for information and have released CCTV images of people they would like to speak to
Police investigating a violent disturbance between Victoria Road and Albert Road in Swindon have released CCTV images of people they want to speak to.
Officers were called just after 5am on November 29th, after around ten men were reportedly involved and weapons were seen being taken from a white BMW.
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of affray and released on bail as enquiries continue.
Officers say they believe there are still people involved who have not yet been identified.
In a statement, Wiltshire Police said: "Officers investigating a disorder in Swindon are renewing an appeal for information and have released CCTV images of people they would like to speak to.
"At approximately 5.25am on November 29, officers were called to a report of a disorder involving around 10 men between Victoria Road and Albert Road.
"Weapons were seen to be taken from a white BMW during the incident, which made off down Victoria Hill before stopping in Prospect Place.
"So far, three men aged 21, 24, and 35, have been arrested on suspicion of affray and released on bail while enquiries continue.
"We are keen to speak to the individuals pictured in connection with the incident."
PC Partl said: “We believe there are still victims and suspects involved in this incident who we are yet to identify. If you have any information we would like to hear from you to help with our enquiries.”
