Trial date set for Brighton teen accused of murdering his dad
The 19 year old is also charged with the attempted murder of a woman and an 11 year old boy
A trial date has been set for a teenager accused of murdering his father in Brighton.
19 year old Fabio Botros is charged with the murder of 57-year-old Emad Samir Botros Farag and the attempted murder of a woman and an 11-year-old boy.
On Friday, (20 June) Botros appeared via video-link from Hellingly Hospital, and spoke to confirm his name.
A 10-day trial has been set for October 1 this year.
Botros, of Brighton, has not yet entered pleas and will next appear in court on July 30.
