Teenage girl injured in unprovoked assault in Brighton
The 16 year old victim suffered head and leg injuries

A 16 year old girl's been assaulted in Brighton, in what police are calling an 'unprovoked' incident.
We're told the attack happened on the junction between Pelham Street and Trafalgar Street at around 1.30pm on Wednesday 29th January.
The victim needed hospital treatment for injuries to her leg and head.
Sussex Police are investigating and asking witnesses to come forward.
A suspect involved is described as:
- Black female
- Aged between 17 and 24
- Wearing a black hoodie
- Black jogging bottoms
