Police looking for man after sexual assault on Brighton bus

Police are trying to identify a man following a sexual assault on the 46 Brighton bus travelling to Hollingbury on 25th March.

The reported incident took place at around 5pm as the bus was travelling along Ditchling Road.

A 14-year-old girl was approached by a man who sat down next to her and touched her inappropriately.

The man reportedly left the bus at Friar Road.

He has been described as being in his 20s, approximately 6 feet tall, and was wearing shorts and sandals at the time.

Officers are continuing their investigation and are pursuing multiple lines of enquiry.

Anyone who recognises the man, witnessed the incident, or has relevant information, including mobile footage, is encouraged to report it online or by calling 101, quoting serial 1355 of 25/03.
