Motorcyclist seriously injured in A23 crash

It happened on the southbound stretch at the weekend

Police are investigating a crash on the A23 in West Sussex which left a motorcyclist with serious injuries.

Emergency services were called out to the southbound stretch in Haywards Heath at around 10.40am on Sunday morning (March 9th).

The 65-year-old man from Brighton was riding a Triumph bike which crashed with a white Peugeot car between Hickstead and the A272 junction.

He's since been taken to hospital.

Sussex Police are appealing for information and want to speak to anyone who saw, or who has dashcam footage, of what happened.
