Inquest opens into death of man who fell from hot air balloon over Sussex

An inquest's opening today into the death of a man who fell from a hot air balloon over West Sussex.
Jesus Lato Garzon - from Watford - fell from the Virgin Balloon Flights balloon above Wisborough Green on the 19th of September.
The flight had been carrying sixteen passengers and a pilot at the time, while a search lasting more than four hours uncovered the 33-year-old's body in a field nearby.
Sussex Police say they aren't treating his death as suspicious.
Speaking after the incident, A Virgin Balloon Flights spokesperson said: "We are deeply saddened to confirm that a passenger incident occurred on Friday morning.
"Our thoughts are first and foremost with the individual's family at this incredibly difficult time.
"We are also deeply mindful of the experience of all passengers involved, and their wellbeing and peace of mind remain a priority.
"We kindly ask that privacy is respected, as the welfare and safety of our passengers and the public is always our utmost concern."
