Elderly woman taken to hospital after Plaistow collision

An elderly woman pedestrian has been seriously injured in a collision with a car in Plaistow.

The collision, in Loxwood Road, happened just after noon on Saturday.

A 74-year-old local woman was taken to hospital for treatment.
