Police are searching for a moped rider following a crash in Brighton which left a cyclist with life-threatening injuries.
The collision happened in the Avenue in Moulsecoomb yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 19th), with police called to the scene at around 2.25pm.
The 66-year-old male cyclist has been taken to hospital.
Officers say the rider of the moped, which was travelling north at the time of the crash, did not stop at the scene.
Police are keen to speak to any witnesses, or anyone with relevant footage of the vehicles in the area at the time, including CCTV, doorbell and dashcam footage.
