Tributes paid to motorcyclist who died after crash with bus in Crawley
An investigation is continuing
The wife of a motorcyclist who died in a crash in Crawley has paid tribute to her husband while police continue their investigation and seek witnesses.
Valera Sharavara, a 39-year-old from Crawley, tragically lost his life in a collision with a bus on The Boulevard at 8.22pm on Thursday, 4th June.
His wife honoured Valera's memory, describing him as 'a devoted husband, a proud father, and a truest friend.'
She reflected on their 21-year relationship and the joy and guidance Valera provided to their three sons.
Valera was known for his dedication to family and his close bonds with friends, making him a cornerstone in many lives.
While the investigation is ongoing, police are renewing their appeal for help in identifying the driver of a white Mercedes that was in the vicinity before the collision.
Detective Sergeant Ian Foxton stressed the importance of locating this individual, who may have information that could aid the enquiry.
Despite thorough searches, the driver has yet to be identified.
Police want to hear from anyone with further information.
