Patient airlifted to hospital after incident at Camber Sands
They were taken to Kings College Hospital in a serious condition
One patient has been airlifted to hospital, whilst another transported via ambulance after a serious incident on Camber Sands beach.
The South East Coast Ambulance Service was called to reports of two people in need of medical attention at Camber Sands shortly after 14:10 yesterday afternoon.
Both patients were intially treated for their injuries at the scene.
Shortly after, they were transported to hospital for further treatment.
One was taken to Conquest Hospital, whilst the other was taken to Kings College Hospital by the Air Ambulance Charity, after suffering serious injuries.
They remain in a serious condition.
