Woman dies after being hit by car outside Royal Surrey Hospital
A woman in her 70s passed away at the scene
Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal collision in Guildford.
A woman in her 70s was hit by a car outside the Royal Surrey Hospital on Tuesday afternoon (18 March).
Medical staff tried to save her but the woman was declared dead at the scene.
The incident caused some traffic disruption to the site but appointments and services all ran as normal.
Police have appealed for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
