Police are appealing for witnesses after a man in his early 20s died following a collision in Farnham.

Officers were called to Station Hill at 1.10am yesterday morning (1st January), after reports of a crash involving a pedestrian and a car at the traffic lights on the Farnham Bypass between South Street and Station Hill.

The man was taken to hospital but died from his injuries later that morning, at around 10am.

Road closures put in place to assist the investigation have now been lifted, and the area is fully accessible again.

Police are requesting information from anyone who was near the Farnham bypass crossroads between 1am and 1.15am today and may have witnessed the collision.

They are also keen to obtain any CCTV, dashcam, mobile phone, or helmet cam footage related to the incident.
