"All hospitals across Surrey are currently under significant pressure"

That's according to Surrey Heartlands, the county's main health organisation which oversees care across the county.

The healthcare organisation have told Surrey residents to only head to A and E for serious illnesses, accidents and life-threatening emergencies.

They've also said that if you're condition isn't life threatening, you should use other options - including calling 111, or your local pharmacy or GP.

However, they insist that you should call 999 if your condition is life threatening.
