Two men charged with murder over fatal Sunbury crash

Two other people have previously been charged in connection with the incident and are in custody awaiting trial in August.

Two more men have been charged with murder following a fatal collision in Sunbury.

William Birchard and Darren George were killed during a collision on the A316 at Sunbury Cross in July 2024.

25 year old Samuel Aspen from Walton and 25 year old Charles Pardoe from Feltham have been charged with murder and are due in court on Thursday (20 March).

29 year old Alex Rose from Sunbury was charged with two counts of murder and one count of perverting the course of justice on 27 July 2024.

24 year old Tara Knaggs from Great Ayton in Yorkshire , was charged with assisting an offender on 27 July 2024.

They are both currently remanded in custody awaiting trial in August 2025.
