18-year-old Thomas Waller was given a 15 year sentence today at Guildford Crown Court.
He has been given a 10 year sentence in custody, and then an extended 5 year sentence on licence.
He will serve a minimum of 6 years and 8 months in prison before being eligible for parole
Waller was found guilty of a number of offences, including rape, inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and taking indecent images of children.
The offences took place last year, Waller was arrested after his victims described to their parents the crimes Waller had committed against them.
Waller was convicted at Staines Magistrates Court last month where the judge there told him his offences were so serious he would have to be sentenced at a crown court.
Today in court, Waller had no family in to support him.
Victim statements were emotionally read out by victim's parents.
One parent spoke about how their child's innocence was taken away and that the family's nightmares are real and would never be taken away.
Another parent spoke about the pain she felt when her child asked whether they also did something wrong.
Waller was described by his victim's parents as sinister and calculating, and that he knew exactly what he was doing.
The Judge says the he used his position at the nursery to sexually abuse the children
Surrey police described the case as "deeply distressing" and "every parent's worst nightmare"
They hope the fact that Waller has been brough to justice will help the effected families move on with their lives.
