Six arrested and man in hospital after Stanwell stabbing

Six people have been arrested after a reported stabbing in Stanwell on Saturday.

Police were called to an address on Elizabethan Way shortly after 3pm.

South East Coast Ambulance Service and Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance gave medical assistance to an 18-year-old man who was subsequently taken to hospital. He remains in a serious but stable condition.

Six people have been arrested and remain in custody. Surrey Police say there is not believed to be any wider risk to the public.
