Seven charged after early morning Leatherhead assault

Allegations include false imprisonment and actual bodily harm

Seven people have been charged in connection with a serious assault in Leatherhead.

Police were called to a disturbance at an address on Kingston Road at around 3:20am on the 6th of May.

Following an investigation, Keyland Cox, Tia Faulkner, Rosie Faulkner, Parris Heath, Shannon Thompson, Annie Louise Webb, and Stephen Willoughby have all been charged with various offences.

These charges include false imprisonment, actual bodily harm, and sexual assault by penetration.

The accused were remanded to appear at Guildford Magistrates Court on 8th May, where they were further remanded awaiting their subsequent court appearance.

Authorities have urged the public to abstain from speculating online about the case, as such actions might influence ongoing legal proceedings.
