Police have released an E-fit image of a man as part of investigations into a sexual assault on a teenager in Warlingham in 2019.

The incident occurred on Saturday 25th May 2019 at around 11:30pm, when a teenager was waiting outside after leaving a party in Westhall Road. She was approached by an unknown man and sexually assaulted while waiting for her mother to collect her.

Despite forensic examinations, house-to-house enquiries, CCTV checks, and public appeals in 2019, the man has not yet been identified.

The victim, who is now six years older, recently provided officers with a further description of the man, allowing them to compile the E-fit which has been released today.

Detective Constable Nikki Deadman said: “This was a serious offence and despite the passage of time, we are determined to leave no stone unturned in our enquiries. The victim has now been able to provide us with a more detailed description of the offender and therefore we are releasing an E-fit.
