Fire crews remain at the scene of a house fire in Kings Mews, off Frimley Green Road in Camberley, after a blaze spread to neighbouring properties earlier today (10 June).

The incident has now been scaled back, with one fire engine and a water carrier still in attendance.

Residents are being asked to continue avoiding the area while firefighters remain on site.

Surrey Fire and Rescue Service was called to the fire at 6.02am following a 999 call. At the height of the incident, six fire engines, an aerial ladder platform and a command unit were deployed to tackle the blaze.

The fire spread from the original property to neighbouring homes, prompting a major emergency response.

Fire officials confirmed that all residents were accounted for and no injuries have been reported.

People living nearby were advised to keep their windows and doors closed because of smoke in the area as crews worked to bring the fire under control.

An investigation into the cause of the fire is expected to take place once the scene has been made safe.
