A 39-year-old man from Aldershot has pleaded guilty to stealing items worth over £500 in a series of shoplifting incidents.

Shaun Mason, of Barn Avenue, admitted to 10 counts of theft from stores including One Stop and Co-op on North Lane between August and October.

Police were called to a theft in progress at One Stop on Saturday 10th October, where they recovered the stolen goods and arrested Mason.

The stolen items—valued at £532—consisted of food, drinks, and laundry supplies, reports confirmed.
