A restaurant at a train station in Suffolk has been severely damaged by a fire.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue were called out in the early hours of Thursday (9 April) to Oulton Broad North Railway Station.
When crews arrived they discovered a roof fire within a restaurant based within the station on the platform.
Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze by 6:00am, but remained at the scene to tackle any hot spots. The incident was declared closed at 8:37am.
Greater Anglia said fire had caused "severe damage to a building at the station", meaning services have been cancelled between Lowestoft, Norwich and Ipswich.
Train tickets are being accepted on the following buses X2, X21 and X22 between Lowestoft and Norwich and 1 and 1A between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.
Network Rail said disruption on the trains was expected until around midday.
