Police search for missing prisoner from HMP Hollesley Bay

A prisoner has absconded from HMP Hollesley Bay, prompting an appeal from police for public assistance.
James Smith, 41, was reported missing on the evening of Friday 24th July after failing to appear at a roll call.
Smith is known to have connections in Ipswich and Essex.
He is described as a white male, approximately 5ft 9ins tall, of slight build, with blue eyes.
His hair is brown and he was last seen sporting a moustache.
Police are urging anyone who sees Smith to call 999 immediately, citing CAD 344 of 24 July.
