A man has died, after a road traffic collision in Reydon.

Police were called at just after 5.50pm on Tuesday 25 November, to reports of a single-vehicle collision on the A1095 Halesworth Road.

A grey Ford Focus left the carriageway and was found on its side.

Fire and ambulance crews were also in attendance, but the driver of the car, a 47-year-old man, was declared deceased at the scene.

The road was closed until 3.40am yesterday morning (Wednesday 26 November), to allow for collision investigation work to be completed and recovery of the vehicle.

Officers are appealing for any potential witnesses and asking any motorists driving in the area on Sunday afternoon with a dashcam fitted in their vehicle, to review the footage for any material that may be of assistance.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Joint Norfolk & Suffolk Serious Collision Investigation Unit, quoting reference: 37/66877/25.
