Police have confirmed that the death at the Play2Day centre near Ipswich is being treated a gross negligence manslaughter.
Suffolk police have confirmed today that the death of a man at an indoor play centre near Ipswich last summer is being treated a gross negligence manslaughter.
David Linyard fell through the roof at the Play2Day venue in Martlesham Heath. He later died from his injuries in hospital.
Police are continuing their enquiries into the man's death.
