A man's died following a single-vehicle crash in Gislingham.

Police were called at 3.55pm on Sunday 19th January, to reports a red Honda motorcycle had collided with a telegraph pole on the B1113 Finningham Road.

Ambulance and fire crews were also in attendance, but the rider, a man in his 30s, was declared dead at the scene.

The road was closed for several hours, reopening at 1.30am on Monday 20th January.

Officers with Suffolk Police are appealing for any potential witnesses.

They're also asking any motorists who were driving in the area between 3.30pm and 3.55pm on Sunday afternoon with a dashcam fitted in their vehicle to review the footage for any material that may be of assistance.
