Crews tackle fire at caravan park near Nacton
A gas cylinder exploded and the fire spread to several caravans
Suffolk fire crews have been tackling a caravan fire which led to the explosion of a gas cylinder in Nacton.
Firefighters were called out to Priory Park Caravan Park shortly after 6pm on Wednesday (29 April).
The fire started in a static caravan, leading to a gas cylinder explosion that spread flames to neighbouring caravans.
Responders from Ipswich East, Ipswich Princes Street, and Woodbridge stations used three hose reel jets in their efforts.
One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
A stop was called for the incident at 8:20pm.
