A pedestrian has sustained serious injuries following a crash in a Bury St Edmunds car park.

Police were called by East of England Ambulance Service at 5.37pm on Tuesday 6th October, to reports of a crash at the Farmfoods supermarket on Barton Road, involving a pedestrian and a Vauxhall Insignia car.

The pedestrian, a woman in her 60s, was taken to hospital having sustained potentially life-threatening or life-changing injuries.
