Altercation leads to public order offence charge
A 41-year-old man has been charged with public order offences following a disturbance outside a pub in Winsford.
Mark Wynne, a resident of Pinewood Road, was arrested at approximately 11pm on Sunday, 30th August.
The arrest occurred after police were alerted to an altercation between two men outside the Queens Arms on Dene Drive.
Following a police investigation, Wynne was charged with offences related to public order.
He has subsequently been released on bail.
Wynne is scheduled to appear in court at Crewe Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 21st October.
