Stafford man charged with attempted murder and criminal damage after flat fire

A 31-year-old man, Reece Brivitt, has been charged with attempted murder and criminal damage following a flat fire in Stafford.
Staffordshire Police were called to Milton Grove at 4:30am yesterday (Wednesday 22 October) after a block of flats were reported to be on fire.
A woman in her 40s sustained injuries and was taken to hospital.
Brivitt has been remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Thursday 23 October).
