Police investigate after video emerges of two officers sleeping in car

Staffordshire Police are launching a full review after a video posted online appears to show two officers asleep at the wheel in Stoke-on-Trent.
The video shows the plain white vehicle in Fenton, stationary at a junction but with the car lights and dashboard illuminated.
The force says the Professional Standards Department was "aware of the incident and are conducting an investigation".
The caption of the video posted on Facebook read: "Sat at a junction in Fenton KFC.. asleep behind the wheel".
