Police appeal after man hit with a glass in Leek
The incident happened last month
Police are appealing after a man was hit with a glass at a pub in Leek.
The incident was reported at around 8.30pm on Saturday 11 July.
The force attended at The Red Lion on Market Place following reports of a disturbance.
The victim, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital. A 20-year-old man, of Draycott-in-the-Clay, and a 38-year-old man, of Leek, have both been arrested on suspicion of Section 18 – grievous bodily harm with intent.
They have both been released on conditional bail whilst enquiries continue.
