Man charged after Northwich sandwich shop burglary

Cash from the till, charity box and tip jar was stolen

A man has been charged following a sandwich shop burglary in Northwich.

Officers were called at around 5am on Thursday (15th January) to reports a shop had been burgled on London Road.

They found money had been stolen from the till, a charity box and the tip jar.

31-year-old Jack Didsbury has been charged with one count of burglary other than a dwelling.

He's also been charged with shoplifting in relation to other incidents at a Spar in Davenham and a Home Bargains in Winsford.

He's set to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court today (16th January).
