Motorcyclist dies after collision with car in Crewe
The driver of the car was taken to hospital with serious injuries
A motorcyclist has died following a collision between a motorbike and Range Rover near Crewe.
Officers say the two vehicles collided on Middlewich Road in Woolstanwood at around 7.50pm on Monday 6th April.
The driver of the Range Rover, a 64-year-old man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 34-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sergeant Iain Condliffe said: “Our thoughts remain with the friends and family of the man who has sadly died.”
His family are being supported by specially trained officers.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
