Staffordshire Police have arrested a man following an incident in Tamworth.
He has been arrested on suspicion of weapon and assault offences.
The 48-year-old was detained in the early hours of this morning (Saturday 22nd August).
The Tamworth man was arrested on suspicion of common assault, possession of a weapon/electrical incapacitation device and using threatening words/behaviour with intent to cause fear and violence.
It follows an incident in the Wilnecote area on Wednesday 20th August.
The man remains in police custody at this time and the force's investigation is still ongoing.
