Ice Palace Grotto at Potteries Centre cancelled

The Ice Palace Grotto at The Potteries Centre in Stoke-on-Trent has been cancelled.
That's due to "unforeseen circumstances".
Organisers say they're extremely disappointed and sincerely apologise.
A spokesperson for the Grotto said, "We are very sorry to announce that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel the Ice Palace Grotto.
"We are extremely disappointed to have to cancel and sincerely apologise to all families who were looking forward to visiting.
"All customers who have already made a booking will automatically receive a full refund. There is no need to take any action, as refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method."
It was due to be open from the 20th to the 24th of December.
