Woman in her 90s dies at the scene on Bowsey Wood Road
Police are appealing for information following a tragic collision in Newcastle-under-Lyme that claimed the life of a woman.
The incident occurred at 1.35pm on 31st July on Bowsey Wood Road in Madeley, involving a red BMW and a silver Ford.
A passenger in the Ford, identified as a woman in her 90s, sadly died at the scene.
Her family is currently being supported by officers trained in bereavement support.
The driver and two other passengers from the Ford were transported to the hospital with minor injuries, while the BMW driver was unharmed.
Police are seeking information and footage that could assist collision investigators in understanding the circumstances surrounding the crash.
